Coverage
2-Year International Warranty
Every Fifth Studio timepiece is covered from the date of original purchase – worldwide, honored by all authorized Fifth Studio service partners. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

How to File a Claim
Four simple steps

Contact our support team at hello@fifthstudio.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Describe the issue you are experiencing in detail. Include photographs if possible.

Receive prepaid shipping instructions and a return authorization from our service team.

Your timepiece will be repaired or replaced within 2–4 weeks of receipt at our service center.
Extend to 5 Years
Register your timepiece within 30 days of purchase to extend your warranty from 2 years to a full 5 years. Simply create an account and enter your serial number to activate your extended coverage.
