Our commitment

Good design works for everyone. We want fifthstudio.com to be usable, readable, and welcoming, regardless of how you browse, what device you're on, or what assistive technology you rely on.

We're working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It's the international standard for web accessibility, referenced by laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

What we're doing

Accessibility is part of how we build, not something we bolt on after. Our ongoing work includes:

• Auditing fifthstudio.com against WCAG 2.1 AA, regularly
• Building accessibility into our design and development from the start
• Training the team on accessible content, copy, and code
• Reviewing the journeys that matter most: browsing, product pages, sizing, checkout, and post-purchase

Known limitations

We're not perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise. Some areas of the site may not yet meet the standard we're targeting. We're aware, and we're working through them.

If something on our site is hard to use, or impossible to use, we want to know. Same goes if you have ideas for how we can do better.

The standard we follow

Our work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. We're targeting Level AA, the level most accessibility laws and regulations point to globally.
